The work was excellent. I objected to having to wait 2 months to get the service done. Should have been done within couple of weeks
Not 2 months . I had to be pushy to get it done then. I would call about the service e no one would call be back until I got pushy.
Gabriel was very good and explained everything since it was my first time getting an oil change from Toyota. I have a KIA and they were busy until December and told me to go to Toyota. The oil change was done within the time I was told it would be done. I will definitely come back and ask for Gabriel as a service person.

Everything was good but when I went to the valet to get my car, I had to wait more than 15 minutes for them to bring my car out because they where looking for the car and where not able to find it.
I have had the great pleasure of having known and worked with Chris since 1997 it is always good to see him and I know my vehicles will be taken care of every time we take them in.Thanks again Chris ????
Just confused as to why my phone is too new to connect to Toyota and Alexa. Why not have it all updated when you sell a car,?

Quality service. Very clear explaining. Informed of what maintenance and repair I will need done in the future with a pretty clear timeline. Communication throughout the whole process. Way better experience than at Maita Toyota when they tried to upsell me on repairs I didn’t even need. Definitely coming back to Roseville for my future needs. I hope Michael helps me next time, I felt heard and valued. All my needs were met and the technicians were prompt with repairs

Taking my car to Roseville Toyota is always a great experience. The service department is a well oiled machine and everyone does their part. Shane is really great to deal with and makes the whole process stress free.
