Shane has taken care of our vehicles for some time now and since COVID I've taken my parent's vehicles to him as well. He's very pleasant and explains what is needed or may be needed in the future. Excellent!
Gabriel was very conscientious . He also was very helpful. I forgot my phone, so he came to find me in the waiting area to let me know my car was ready. I appreciated that.
I am very unhappy with how our service went and will probably not be returning. We have also decided based on this experience and never to buy another Toyota

I will say that (for feedback) for those working on the cars to be extra careful about connecting wires and stuff - after i picked up my car, the door ajar warning light was left on and so were my headlights. The door ajar light wouldn’t turn off and i had to leave it like that overnight - Going back today to get the door ajar light fixed but just some feedback for the future

Thought the diagnostic fees were too high.
Paul stayed on top of the maintenance process for me, and the car was ready 15 minutes prior to the estimated time. I will ask for Paul next time I come in for service.
