Q was awesome. Super helpful and fast. I appreciated not being charged as nothing had to be done but most dealerships wouldn’t do that. Good guys. I didn’t expect that and am grateful. I’ll definitely be back to this particular dealership when necessary. She’s an old girl so it’ll be soon.

Car dropped off at 7:15 exactly as our appointment, issue explained clearly with tire issue and 60000 miles service is requested. From 8 am to 3 pm no update at all. Text, calls and voicemail were called to ask any update. At 3 we had to go check what is happening! No one is communicating with us.
3 pm, car had been Parked out. They had to wait 30 more minutes to check the status. The guy came back your car is fine just need tire balance and will be $230. Will take 30 minutes. Glad I talked to the manager and he stepped in. Worst service, they had the car from 7:45 am to 4:10 pm for one tire balance.

Karina went above n beyond on customer service. she knew we are going on a 2 month long trip n she make sure tat our van is thoroughly inspected ncheck on the maintenance n even notice tat we have not got our recall of the second row seat problem n she took care of tat too. very friendly n approachable n even help us to make appointments for the 2 other appointments as the parts need to be ordered n had it the next day. Even though we hav to go 3 times she got it all covered. On the 2nd appt wen she was busy another guy help us out but Karina has told us tat she has the part tat is needed order by the technician n will b there the following day or the next . Not to make any chance we request from the guy to make an appt 2 days later but he juz would not help us and told us to call Toyota office to check on it. So I waited for 5 minutes as I could see Karina I s helping another client. Wen she is done with the client I approach her n she immediately contacted the technician to confirm on wat date the part will come in then she scheduled my appt. tat is so wonderfully as I dont hav to call back. Such wonderful service by Karina. She truly is a keeper n live to Toyota motto.
