So much more efficient this time got the car in and out with 2 hours. Last time it was close to 4. Angelo actually let me know the car was ready right away, so i didn’t wait for nothing. Very good experience this time.

I had a 10 o’clock appointment yet it took more than 10 minutes to get me checked in and it didn’t look very busy. Staff was standing around while I waited in my car. I wasn’t very happy with this lack of customer service. If I didn’t have an appointment, I guess I wouldn’t have had such an issue. Why make an appointment then?

Terrible service, Richard was not follow up why service was taking so long until I went to a Sales person for help me to reach a manager in charge of Service Department, he was off so I communicate through the sales person my frustration, he was excellent and communicate to the General Mabager after that 10 minutes my car was done, I will follow up with an email to the Mansger for service department.
Paid for an entire routine maintenance half of the things weren’t done. My tires were not even rotated so I’m not entirely sure if other things were done or not. Got asked if my car could stay at the shop until Monday when I brought my car in at 12 o’clock in the afternoon.! All around it does not make me want to bring my car back to this location ever again.
