My rear right light was not put on properly. I called and left a message the day I picked up and got it home. Headlights don’t turn on, been using the brights at night. Other than those things I’m satisfied
Q. Holt is terrible. From my two times that I have him as my helper since I have been to Norm Reeve over ten years, I have to find him and tell him my own car is done. If I have not done so, I don’t how much longer I have to wait. Please don’t I assign my schedule appointment to him again. Thank you!

The "automated phone" systems to check on the status of my car were a nightmare to use, hung up on me when trying yo leave a message, misunderstood me, and I never actually received a reply to any of my text messages that were prompted by the system. My oil change took 23 hours, with just one update call right before closing to let me know my car wasn't ready and needed to be kept overnight.

I had limited interaction with Denise as she left early by the time my car was ready around 4. Another staff assisted me as there were discrepancies in the costs. She was attentive.
He was very detailed, patient and answered all my questions. I highly commend his service. Great employee u have serving others with their cars. I hope he is rewarded for great job this year by his employer. Re-sending because I think some of the message was cut off by accident.

Very friendly and prompt service
You tried to charge me $80 for.s cabin filter even though when I purchased my vehicle the terms clearly stated that all scheduled maintenance for 25k miles was included in the purchase price. My representative was rude and condescending claiming that the cabin air filter isn’t considered scheduled maintenance. In addition they tried to charge labor to place a cabin filter after they already opened the filter and inspected it. This is an unethical practice.
Overall I had a great experience working with Denise. She was personable and communicated well the service needs of my 2019 Toyota Tacoma.
