Wanted to get a transmission fluid drain and fill. But was told. The fluid last the life of the transmission. This is not right in my opinion. Transmission fluid needs to be changed. On specific intervals. Transmission fluid doesn’t last forever.

Q is the absolute best. He’s the reason we buy Toyotas. He’s been our consultant since 2006. I trust him to tell me the truth about our vehicles and unlike other consultants will not try and sell me products or maintenance that is not needed.

Richard was super great! It’s also disappointing that the air leak in my moon roof cannot be fixed. It’s annoying that in a relatively new car the sound is loud and disruptive to my driving experience. I love everything else about my RAV4, but the moon roof air leaks are known and disappointing that cannot be fixed.

I bought this car around December and the next day I started hearing noises when I reversed and intermittently for the next 2 months. Unfortunately, due to my busy schedule it took me ~2 months to get it checked out at the dealership. When I got to the dealership and told the worker about the noises I heard he said it was probably nothing and I should go home and bring it back if it happens all the time but I insisted it be inspected. Unfortunately it was found the break pads need to be replaced. I am disappointed I was sold a nearly brand new vehicle with 5000 miles on it with faulty break pads. It is a big inconvenience having to not only get this checked out but I have to come back in a month to actually get it replaced. It is just very disappointing and inconvenient and I wouldn’t have expected this from not only a new car that I bought but also Toyota as a dealership. The metal on metal sounds started immediately the day after I bought this car when I was reversing so it is very unfortunate this wasn’t properly inspected before I bought this vehicle. - Hayley F
