John Bautista was not communicative at all.. I dropped off my vehicle during my lunch hour and he advised he’d let me know if they would have to keep it overnight I never heard back from him till about 530pm I left my vehicle at 11am my husband had to call the service department multiple times to get a hold of him when he finally called back he gave me no run down on my vehicles outcome services were done last week Friday I’m just now TODAY (Monday) getting the (your vehicle is done) message horrible service

Karina received my car and kept me informed of the recall progress. She called me to pick up the car when it was ready. It took the 4 hour estimated. Karina made the process easy.

Everyone was amazing and the service was very quick
I arrived to drop off for regular maintenance/oil change and let Denise know right away an issue with my tire pressure light. She immediately let me know that tearing the sensors would be an additional charge and I accepted. My understanding was that this test would tell me which of the four sensors was failing so I could decide if I would replace. But instead I was told all four had failed and it would be more thank $1300 to fix. That’s a big expense and when I asked Denise for cost if I were to split the fix, her response was rude “just divide that number”. It was a lot of money and her lack of customer service to actually provide alternative options was evident. Overall, I’ve been bringing my car to this dealership for service for 9 years and today was a day that seemed like you were only out to get my money. I don’t believe all 4 sensors failed and I will be looking at getting this fixed somewhere else.

We had no live communication w Denise. All communication was done via auto generated texts. Tried to call a few times and could not get through. Not the best customer service experience when you have no live contact.
The service was done quicker than anticipated which I appreciated.

I am having it towed back in tomorrow. I think your technician filled up my oil twice. Smoke was pouring out of my car on the way home. I checked the dipstick when I got home and the oil goes all the way up the dipstick well past the indicators.
Prices are to the roof. Will not do it again
