I was actually immensely frustrated at my appointment. I dropped my car off and had zero communication. I saw online the service dept closed at 630 and was getting nervous about the timing. I messaged through the app and called several times to get an update on the status of my car and what time I should come back to pick it up. I was never replied to or called back after multiple voicemails. I ended up calling the sales department. They said everyone was long gone and he would try to see if he could do anything and would call me back. Also never called back. So I was left without a car over night into the next morning. I was meant to do something that night for a friend and had to leave them high and dry. I also had a tennis lesson in the morning I was unable to go to because I was left carless. It wasn’t until I called again 3 times the next morning someone finally let me know my car was ready. It wasn’t Denise. She had long gone and had the day off.
I’ve never had a bad experience with coming to you for service but this was not only frustrating, it cost me additional money and was massively inconvenient.
When I arrived that morning to finally get my car, my keys were hard to locate, I hadn’t been checked out, no paperwork was ready. It was a mess.
Richard was amazing. His ability to build rapport quickly, active listening skills, and ability to problem solve real time is outstanding. He communication skills and empathy were way beyond my expectations. Thank you so much for placing my trust back in Toyota dealerships, Richard!

Arrived on time but waited 20 minutes for the attendant. Before she arrived, and she was good, the gentlemen prior were not as helpful. Maybe you take in too many appointments Mondays or you have a lot of walk ins on Mondays. I’m steering clear of Mindays. Josh was great and was the driver of the van.
I cane to this Toyota dealership to get my vehicle service done.. once everything was completed they send you the itemized copy of the receipt letting you know what you are getting charged for… I was not expecting to pay way less than what the receipt said.. I was very pleased and I will continue to bring my car for services at this location in the future… I have also purchased my very first car here back in 2014.. I still have that car and I purchased a second one back in 2021
