Initially there were some issues with the arrival of the parts needed for repair but Q was able to work with the parts director to get the part sooner rather than later. He always made sure to give me a call to update me on the status. Greatly appreciate Q’s help!

When picking up my car, i had to ask about service done to car. No explanations given as to what was what or why it was done. Not even the asked if I had any questions. I dont know who checked me out, i waited till someone was avail. Other than that everything else was great
