Shuttle service is amazing at Norm Reeves Toyota. Excellent driving, extremely professional and courteous. He checked the record and make sure my vehicle is covered. He co firmed that my car is covered until 2029. Somehow one system said it is not activated but he was able to find it is active from another 2 sources. He went extra beyond.
Richard was clear and communicative about my vehicle. I was pleased with his service.
Overall our experience was good except we were disappointed with Richard Pomplun. He never gave us any updates on our car and proceeded to leave without letting us know that someone else would need to check us out. We were waiting for 3 hours and finally spoke to Angelo who WAS a big help in getting out and on our way

I was not communicated my car was done, then called to get a ride back. Wasn't contacted so had to reach out again and was informed the person I was working with left at 4 and then I needed to get a ride back by 6:30 as the shuttle had stopped working.
When I arrived was informed that they couldn't replicate the problem, but got in the car and the problem still existed. I took two videos and can reach out again.
Robert, as all of those who have serviced me over the number of years I have been using. You have all been extremely helpful. I am pleased with a continuous service and updating. When I come in from maintenance I usually stay and do some work on my computer so it is very easy for me to communicate with Robert and the others when other maintenance issues come up. I was told the service required approximately 1.5 hours to complete. To my satisfaction it was accomplished in less time and the staff couldn't have performed their duties in a more professional or polite manner.
