Wait too long for car too be ready. One tire still had issues, so it made me wonder if tire pressure was even checked. TPMS light still seen on car dashboard.

I did like the way I was helped today by Robert Gonzalez. He was polite,respectful with good customer service. He was understanding and knowledgeable in regards to dealing with my car needs. I ended up paying a little bit more than what I was expecting, but he convinced me that my car needed a new car key. That's the reason why I ended up paying more. But I am happy with all the guys service. Even the young men (young guys) who greeted me at the entrance. They are very skilled at their jobs.

personally the customer service was less than stellar and rather it was disappointing to the point that I would rather deal with anyone else than ever going back with Mr. Montes. Mr. Montes when told that unfortunately services aren’t in budget responded with “lo barato sale caro,” which in translation it says cheap things turn out expensive, and given our current wage structure I personally think it is offensive to tell someone that what they currently can afford is essentially nothing and not beneficial to their car, and then being offers no solution it makes me feel like I’m not welcome nor advised on perhaps what I can do to solve these issues.
