I came in for routine maintenance, and he took the time to explain why the recommended services were important for my car. When I left my car, I put my gum packet in my center console. When I left i reached for my gum and it was gone. I am upset about the team going through my stuff.
Over time the care at Honda has tremendously gone down. This is the third car here. In a past incident, they forgot to put my transmission oil cap back on. There have been many instances where I have not been satisfied with Honda overall. Definitely the last car I buy at Honda.
