The actuator failed on my civic while I was refueling my carthe releasein thetrunkdidn'tworkeither. Mind you my car is on empty. You quoted me $480 to fix this which I felt was very predatory. After bringing this to Johnathan's attention he lowered the price by $50. I appreciate that from him but I still feel like it wasn't a fair price!
I took my car for an oil change and tire rotation service, but they never did the tire rotation and according to you, the paper you gave me says that they did. What a lack of seriousness
