Tire was not ready when it was stated it would be & I have things to do & places to be. I will now be having to drive the vehicle I just bought at your dealership on a spare tire for 3 days. Really frustrating.
John Le is the best! He knows my car and remembers everything about it! Very personable too. I had a nail in my tire in my 2016 and he treated me like a Queen with a Rolls Royce!

I was satisfied with the customer service, however the technician failed to diagnose the problem. Your technician said it was a warped break drum ($600 for parts and labor). Upon further inspection at another mechanic, the problem was diagnosed as a lack of lubrication between the break plate and the breaking shoe (total cost $65 to fix/ .5 hours of labor). The other mechanic disassembled and examined all components and noticed the lack of lubricant. I do not know how your technician diagnosed the problem, however without a full inspection, how did he rule it out? The other mechanic drove me around after he lubed the parts and verified that the sound was gone. I would encourage your technicians to fully investigate problems in the future to save the customer money and the company time and parts. Thanks for reading.
