Service was amazing! Benito was friendly and efficient! I had made an appointment which was also so easy to do and then when I arrived early I was taken care of right away. The lounge where I waited for my service to be done was lovely and the coffee was amazing as well! It was fast and such a pleasure! Changed my mind about dealership service for sure! Thank you!

I drove to Honda dealership from LA to HB for repairs on a leaking power steering system. I trusted my advisor to provide quality repair work. However after replacing the parts no test was performed to check for any leaks in the system. I drove back 30 miles to my home and discovered that a leak had developed on the driver side of the engine. The oil reservoir was completely empty by the time I got home. Discussed the problem with my service advisor and thought of bringing the vehicle back to the dealership to fix the problem. However I decided not to risk driving with a leaking system. I am really unhappy with the work after spending $3400.. based on trust. Hope to get a refund from the dealership. Very very unhappy customer.
