You ordered a tire and new paint pen for me two weeks ago and I still haven’t received a call confirming they got in and are ready. I can’t get through to your phone system and I’ve tried texting with no response.
The service was excellent & the waiting time was very minimal . It was fast .
Probably the worst experience I’ve had at this dealership. My service advisor called me up to tell me my car was ready and when I go, he tells me that they are finishing up. He proceeds to leave and completely leave me in the dark on my car for another 2 hours. Luckily some lady helped me out and turns out my car was ready all along. I know my complaint will get lost with the many others and probably hear this a lot, but I won’t be returning to this location. Thank you but I’ll rather go somewhere else where I feel like a valued customer.
