I would not say that I am, completely, satisfied with Edward Obando. He recognized his error and was accepting of my asking him to correct his way of making sure he doesn't give false information to me. John assisted in helping me find out why I was recommended for a service that I already had performed on my car months ago. Mr. Obando blamed the software that NR Honda uses in storing customer information, but it was he who did not check my history to insure that I was not alerted for service suggestions that I've already had performed and paid for months ago. I travel many miles everyday, and I don't need false alerts to the health of my car's engine; especially after I've paid $3,000 plus for my 100 thousand mile tune up.
Ivette Rodriguez was spectacular, had my cars tore patches up like 30 min and no charge. Love Honda of HB. My only Honda location I take my car too.

My experience with the service center at Norm Reeves Honda and with Alex, my service advisor, was five-star caliber. Alex greeted me with a smile, was friendly and “genuine”, fully explained the service that was to be done, answered my questions, and at no time did I feel rushed. The service was done in a reasonable time and courtesy transportation to and from was provided, which was a very appreciated perk. My experience went as smoothly as I would have hoped.
