Ivette was friendly, efficient and thorough. She greeted me with a smile and a warm, “Good Morning “, and efficiently made a basic check of services I may need and asked if there were any concerns. She showed me to the lounge and checked in with me several times to let me know the status of the work. I was very pleased with my Honda visit.
