Timing of messages was off by a week, letting me know vehicle was ready. ( I had picked up a week before I got message saying it was ready)
Service manager acknowledged three open recalls during an appointment on 09/02. After close to four hours, only one was done (fuel pump). Further, I was charged for this recall service.
Secondly, after having a tire rotation, my vehicle shakes at around 70 mph. An alignment was recommended at this 09/02 appointment, but the vehicle did not do this before the appointment.
Finally, the lack of response and superficial, disparate acknowledgment of getting a refund for charging a customer for a recall has led me to decide not to return to this establishment.
Having grown up in a family of vehicle sales and servicing professionals, I know that quality customer service is as important as quality craftsmanship. This establishment has not met my expectations.

There was a man in the waiting area that was not wearing amask. He should have been tod or asked to wait outside IMO.

Everyone was pleasant and professioal. They used proper cleaning of car afta servicing it. Waiting are was very clean, comfortable.

I brought in a coupon for oil change that knocked off 69.95. Told coupon was for 5 quarts of synthetic oil and that my truck requires 7 quarts. So they only knock off 10 dollars? Bait and switch
I feel that the service department went above and beyond. I received several telephone calls about the progress of the work being done and also identifying serious drive train issues that needed to be corrected. The biggest thing was identifying the front wheel bearing issues that required replacement. I have taken three vehicles there for service in the last 10 days. Totally fine the service department to be outstanding and the technicians running the counter are awesome. Steve Marson
John, Is down to earth and still conducts himself as a true proffessional. I have spoken to John before both on the phone and in-person he has integrity and a can - do attitude!
The waitingroom, showroom and bathroom is always clean and inviting I always feel welcomed by the staff. Always a nice experience !
