Aaron Labelle was great. He kept me informed every step of the way and made the process very easy and pleasant. Thanks to Aaron and the entire team asthey were able to take care of my issue way sooner than expected and got me back on the road before the holidays. Many thanks to him and the whole darlings service dept. Experiences like this are why I continue to use darlings for service and new vehicle purchases.
I called and asked to have the keys left in the car. I had previously paid the day before on line. I got there the keys were not in the car fortunately people were still inside. I told the woman I had called earlier to leave the keys they were not there. My keys were still inside I needed to sign “show proof of payment” me: why don’t you have proof? She got snippy I got snippy. Went got my phone I’m looking for the payment which I can’t find right away “let me know when you find it” now I’m mad

Service fees are dishonest. Stop them immediately. I should have been charged $159.00 plus tax for my wheel alignment, which does not add up to $171+

My car battery was dead when I arrived to pick it up. Luckily my husband was there to boost my car. It took a while to get enough charge but eventually we were able to start it. Something must have been left on or door not closed properly, causing battery to discharge.
We like our Hyundai too much to trade.
Hey not trying to complain, I bring my truck in for all its service needs, and bought it from you guys a few years ago. Today when I got it back, the steering wheel was completely covered in grease, along with the outside door handle and side of door perhaps where tech was opening and closing it.
It was bad enough I had to go get armor all wipes to try and clean it off because it was making my hands greasy.
I appreciate the floor mat and seat cover but a steering wheel cover would be good next time please.
Other than that, truck rides great after the new tires and alignment so thank you for that! :)
They bent over backwards to make sure I was taken care of the same day my car broke down . I was back on the road in hours. Would highly recommend!!
The initial attempt to make and receive confirmation of the appointment was disappointing at best. Kathryn even attempted to straighten the schedule out in person at the dealership and was totally underwhelmed by the experience and was actually unsuccessful in arranging an appropriate appointment. I went to my salesperson Austin W who said he would help shortly thereafter Monica called she had reviewed the situation rescheduled a necessary longer appointment and the entire situation was much better. Arrival and through out the appointment the process went smoothly and the car is working fine. I am very impressed with my car and hope that my experience with Darlings will be equal to that. The above mentioned employees have helped make that happen and I will continue to contact them as I work with Darlings

Interactions were gracious and professional, aside from young buck being reckless in my vehicle. Higher staff was very gracious with handling the situation and hopefully it's a lesson learned for the service tech.
