What requirements does a customer or client need, as far as asking for a loaner when their vehicle is being serviced ?
Great job! They were done much sooner than expected, which really helped me out. They were also very good about explaining why a couple of charges seemed higher than I remembered. Very happy with the service I received!
When I told the woman that I just began hearing a weird noise she essentially told me they would not try to figure that out unless they happen to see something when they were doing my oil change. So I assume I would have to make another appointment. Also you over charge for an oil change. I won’t be bringing my truck back anytime soon since I have to drive an hour.
Aaron has been great to deal with. He goes above and beyond with finding answers if he doesn't know them and even walking me through the service of my vehicle.
Had to keep taking my truck back and it took them three times to figure out what was wrong. My truck is still out of alignment. I will be leaving a review on the BBB website and sending an email to Dodge Ram corporate. I will never go back to Darlings again. I was going to trade my truck in this spring for a new one but now that I know how horrible the service is there I will go to another dealership. The two gentlemen at the front desk were very helpful but I'm not sure whats going on in the maintenance bay.
I had scheduled breaks because oxen been told I need new ones. I told multiple people that if I was going to need them soon, just do them while they were doing other things. They didn't do breaks because it passed inspection and then told me if need new ones soon. Now I have to make another appointment and figure out rides another day. I also had to call 6 hours after my appointment to check on my vehicle, and it had just gotten pulled. I understand being short staffed, but communication would be nice.

I had a mice nest in my cabin filter. The tech informed me they cleaned it all out & changed the filter. I got home and checked, the nest was still intact fully and they charged me $140 for it. Not impressed with the service department as I got RIPPED off
Jessica is awesome! The service and inspection on my car was done quickly, and more importantly, correctly. I have only had excellent service experiences at Darling's.
Drop off was quick and courteous; I received my loaner to use until the undercoating and LED lights were finished. I returned with the loaner; my truck was finished and again the return of the loaner and the pick up of my Ram was very professional, polite and courteous. The truck was brought to me from the collision bay. Very pleased with the service and the professionals that provided the service both automotive and loaner departments. Thank you!
