I had an appt at 10:30 to have a recall done on my Santa Fe and an inspection. When I checked in I was told it would take about an hour. After 1 hour and 20 minutes I checked with the desk to see when my car might be ready. I was told they hadn’t yet started it. I had another appt in Waterville and could not wait any longer. They agreed to do an inspection in 15 minutes. Every other experience I’ve had at darlings has been a positive one but this one was very disappointing. I will need to schedule another appt for the recall.

I never received a call back on the status of the car part needed to fix my car so my check engine light will go off. Other than that, I usually have great service in every department.

I bought a $48,000 dollar used truck less than 8 months ago and the dam front end is welded so I can’t get a correct alignment done! I find this completely unacceptable from a “reputable dealership” that’s been around Maine for a very long time. This is something you would expect from Harpswell Auto Sales “buy here pay here “ junk, not Darlings. It’s about time to have it lettered up and park it in front of the Bangor waterfront “don’t buy junk at Darlings” next venue!!!!!
The job (Handled by his supervision) Darius was in a training session. Everything including a radio diagnostic was handled expeditiously.

I’ve already spoken to someone about the issues with the way the tire problem on the vehicle we just bought was handled. Instead of sending it somewhere to be straightened they should’ve put a new tire on it. As it is we realized we paid more than we should have for this car. Then we bought an extended warranty. I mentioned when we were purchasing the car that it looked like the tire had damage and was told it was fine, just cosmetic. This is not acceptable to me. We paid too much for this car to continue to have problems because there was a bandaid put on instead of a new tire. So when we continue to have problems I’ll be asking for a new tire and maybe Others as well because this will throw off the wear on the other tires. I’ve been really disappointed with Darling’s lately
