He was very professional and listened to me on my problems with the outside of my vehicle. He took the time to call and check on why I had brown streaks on my car and called to find out what I needed to do to get it off. He also checked on why my paint is chipping and is waiting to hear back from the company.
I was traveling in Maine with my spouse and grandchildren in our 3500 Ram with a large truck camper when I noticed a nail one of my tires. I stopped in hoping to get it fixed. They got me in and fixed it with no issues. Took a shuttle ride to a park and dropped off and then picked up by the nicest driver anyone could ask for. Thanks for turning a bad thing into a great day.

We had a scheduled appointment today for a work truck of mine. It was scheduled for a routine oil change and fuel filter. The main reason was for a blower motor problem that wasn’t even checked because apparently the service center does not look at those type of things on Saturday’s. We were not notified if this until after the service was already done today. Instead of making this situation right and handling it first think this coming Monday I was told we could bring the truck back in a week and a half. I have bought 3 vehicles from you guys and will never buy again. You are great to deal with on purchasing vehicles but you have the worst service center I have ever dealt with. Your service manager Darius didn’t seem to care about the issues either. As a local business owner I would never handle my customers this way and you guys should be ashamed of the way you handle things like this.

While the staff is absolutely fantastic, the repairs were a complete failure and made the leak worse.
Cabin air filter cost $55 plus $33 labor. Can order exact same item online for $13. That is just ridiculous. Also, offered an oil change at least twice, for an ELECTRIC car! You can do better.
First, let me explain that Evan was great. He was upfront with this situation, provided information we requested and was extremely professional. I might also add that Chris who provided me a ride to and from my place of work was wonderful also. Very friendly and professional.
The poor experience is based on the fact that this is my second Hyundai that is having engine trouble. The first one had a fractured engine just after 109,000 miles despite efforts to get support from Hyundai, none was able to be given and I had to take a loss of about $10,000. I was fortunate enough to sell it to a junkyard for parts, and recovered $2000 despite many of my friends and families advise to not get back into a Hyundai, I did. I bought a brand new 2017 Santa Fe Hyundai. I have loved both cars. They serve me very well until they go over the 100,000 mile mark. Here I am again at 136,000 miles and my car is burning oil. I am being advised to “treat” the car but begin searching for a new one as the life of the current one I am in could be short-lived within a short time. I know there is a class action lawsuit against the 2017 Santa Fe Hyundai and from what I’m told today. The issues that I am having does not fall under the suit. OK, I get that but what does this fall under? This is so so disappointing, I have remained faithful, Customer, trusting that Hyundai would stand behind their product. —— so that is my dissatisfaction. I’m not sure if anyone can provide me any different information or encouragement than what was given to me today. My issue is not with the service given to me in Augusta… they have been great for all the years. I have utilized and trusted their services. If we could talk to someone from Hyundai management, that would be ideal. Thank you.

The staff at Darlings were friendly, courteous, efficient. Our appointment went well and our car check up was done quickly. The car paint was being evaluated because it is peeling Hyundai has not returned its judgement yet but we hope it will soon.
We were very happy with Darius he was super friendly and professional our front brakes were very bad and he recommended that we not drive it he was thinking if our safety that made us feel goid that he thought of us and not just getting money the brakes were done and we will go back there again

They didn’t seem to have a clue what they were doing. They kept my car for two months and they repeatedly told me my car would be ready at a certain time when it wasn’t. When I came to pick the car up there was clearly something still wrong with it and they weren’t going to tell me.
