Yes the service was outstanding! I had to mention to employees that I had a compromised immune system having leukemia. All the people I had contact with with very very kind and disinfected everything even the pen that I had to use. Unlike many businesses everyone was extremely cautious had masks on and maintained social distance. I felt safer getting an oil change in your establishment than going to any other business in the area!

Kasidee was fine, professional and helpful. The mechanic however appears to be uninformed and questionable. He doesn't know you can rotate staggered tires from side to side and recommended new rotors and pads even though they were just done less then 2000 miles ago?? Also missed having my car washed and vac'd, but maybe that is a warrantee thing?

My son waited over 2 hours for an oil change. He arrived at 9am and was sent to waiting room at 9:10am. They did not reach out until he asked at 11:15. I am beyond frustrated. Not happy.

As always, the service and work done by Darling's is exceptional. It means so much to be serviced by a company that is always trustworthy and gives the best for the price. Thank you. (We did miss the complementary wash and vacuum, but understand the necessity for keeping costs down.)

Arrived on time and it was over 15 minutes before my Palisades was taken in. An hour and 20 minutes later my vehicle was finished. Darling's has serviced my vehicle since new and I have used synthetic oil. This time for whatever reason put in conventional oil. In addition they did not wash the vehicle and charged for state inspection. Every dealer around you washes the vehicle and offers free state inspection. I called the service department about the oil screwup and was told to bring it back in. I don't have time to deal with incompetence and will never buy another vehicle from darling's or recommend it to any of my friends.

John was super helpful through the 4 visits, and I have no complaints about his customer service. He helped me with flexible scheduling and even getting my a rental car. The reason, I am not completely satisfied with my overall experience is that I spent a ton of money and time to get my leaky roof fixed on my Chrysler 200, and the problem was not fixed. On this rainy Saturday, I have needed to put a towel in the back passenger side of where the roof connects to the car. I want to reiterate that my dissatisfaction is with the work done to my car, not with John. John has great customer service skills and is very accommodating.
