Was told it would take 1.5 hours, wound up taking about 4 HOURS!! When originally told that the service was completed, had HAD NOT done oil change nor rotated tires. The main reason I went in was for a 35,000 mile check. Wound up leaving knowing that I will have to have rear brakes fixed and a relatively new tire replaced because of a cut on the inside sidewall. Expensive service call. Also, why are the brakes going so soon. only have 35k miles on the truck. Not a happy camper!!

It’s been a pleasure doing business with Darlings’ and especially my Salesman Paul Watson and my Service Manager Devin Grenier. Well over a year ago I brought my car in for some service work and there was a hiccup during my time there. Devin rose to the occasion, addressed the issue with professionalism and steadfastness. He had me back on the road in a timely manner. I am nearing the end of my lease, which can for all tense and purposes, a happy but scary time. Both Devin and Paul have assured me that they won’t leave me in the dark. I can’t thank Devin and Paul for all they have done. Respectfully, Mr. Thomas A. Ryan

I've lost faith and confidence in this location to repair my vehicle. I brought it back three times, losing money and days at work due to your failures. I don't trust putting my kids in the vehicle because I never know if it'll die again.

The wrong tires were put on vehicle when we specifically said we didn’t want that brand, the car still shakes and makes a humming noise I was told they were going to test drive it but I doubt that occurred or they would have felt the vibration at various speeds, the car is still pulling to the left so the alignment wasn’t done right. They did inspect the vehicle but when we picked up the vehicle the driver’s side windshield wiper was not installed!!!
