My only concern is why it takes so long. I wish the service would start right after the appointment time.
Devon works very hard to keep his customers happy and he doesn’t take them for a ride. He won’t suggest services that are not necessary

This was a great service visit since I was kept informed about what was needed throughout the visit .....that informed service means a lot just as being able to make an appointment with a person and not a machine or phone....I do not want to make my appointments on line! Please do not take the personal touch out of your business it means a lot to folks like me!
I had to return to the dealership after realizing they had failed to do one of the things requested: a state inspection. John was very pleasant and apologetic about the oversight. It is frustrating, however, to know I’m being clear in my requests and still have work half done. I would normally have checked the work order,but it was not available due to counter issues. I should have verbally checked to assure all was done and i that responsibility. I don’t,however, believe a customer should have to do a double check.
