I have an issue with my vehicle that has been going on for 5 years and Darlings has had it now 8 times to fix the issue. This is the 2nd time I have been told the truck is ready only for it not to start. Very disappointed that this issue has not been resolved

Chrysler took way to long (25 days) to get parts for my LIFETIME UNDER SERVICE CONTRACT VAN. Service also noted Freon leaked from the A/C system but failed to locate the leak. If the leak source was discovered it was MY LIFETIME SERVICE CONTRACT covers it. Because of what ever reason they come up with, the did not locate the leak and want me to pay $168.00. What goof is a contract that covers everything if service fails to complete their job (locate the location of the Loss of Freon) and reasons that the customer who prepaid a contract should pay for the service anyway? It makes no sense at all.

Customer contact was excellent this time after several disappointing visits. New employee provided better, friendly service, very helpful. However, I was quoted an estimated cost of around $300, and when I showed up to pay the bill, it was $423 - and that was after they applied an AAA card member discount of $45? That is ridiculous for this service. There was no breakdown of the actual labor costs, but the part is $3 and labor should be no more than 2 +/- hours for this job. I bought the car here but have had nothing but bad experiences with the service here since. I thought I’d give them another try. Disappointed yet again. Hugely disappointing because I want a RAM truck at some point. Trust is more important than money, and I don’t feel they understand that here.
