I am again writting to you in regards to my vehicle that has been in your shop multiple times. The first time that I brought my vehicle in was so that you could see why the check engine was on. It truned out to be that the timming was off two teeth due to the timing belt that had been incorrectly done. However instead of replacing the Tensioner, Idler, the the water pump. You just retimed it and just replaced the timing belt. When i said just replace evrything sense it's all apart. The tech just retimed it and put on a new timming belt and said that all the after market Tensioner, Idler, the the water pump looked new. Then my car goes in a second time for an engine replacment. The replacement was done because of "faulty after market parts" Now if you had replaced the belt and the components it would not have been a faulty after market part as you pegged as the cause of my engine failure. You then replace the engine with a not exact fit, I would think that for the price I paid not only for the replacment motor but the labor as well I would get an engine that matched my car. My vehicle has not run the same since your replacment and I strongly feel that, that is due to the engine not being an exact match. While you replaced the engine with a used engine it did not make sense to over haul the replacment engine and make sure that it was in good repair. A basic tune up would have been done if my home mechanic had done the work and for a much lower price. I had to pay my mechanic for work on the engine as it was not completed adequatly when you had the car. Now again my car goes back to you. You tell me that you will inspect my car and if the issue was related to the replacment parts then you would make the needed repairs. Now you tell me that you find nothing wrong with my vehicle. I know that there is something wrong with it and feel that again I am not being listened to, that you and your technician team are not putting forth your best effort. Now you are charging me for your techs just double checking on their work. I am wondering as I write this letter if there are more people that are having the same situation, I feel that I can not be the only one that is running into poor workman ship and sub par work. I just feel like there's no money being made off this due to being under warranty and it's just getting shoved under the rug until whatever part it is goes and will be charged labor and the coast of the part or parts. and it's still making noise. I'm not wasting my money to be told that there's nothing wrong.
