Sam was extremely helpful and explained in detail the issues my car had. She made sure she kept me up to date with what was happening with my vehicle, and she even took the time after what I'm sure was a long day she stood with me for a moment and chatted. Great service, provided transportation greatly appreciated.
First of all I was very happy with the body shop experience getting the undercoating done on my truck. second I was very unhappy in finding out that I paid for the flashing of the BCM in my mirrors they have the lights in them still do not light up. So that is why I am very unhappy with the service. They did not take the time check the mirrors to make sure that they worked.It was very lit outside and I didn’t give it a thought until it got dark and my lights did not light up nor did they flash when I put my turn signal on. By then it was late Friday night and I didn’t think anybody will be there on Saturday to file a complaint. So that is why it’s called on Monday afternoon when I got out of work
The overall experience was awesome! Your service department was spot on from the young lady who gave me my keys to the two service gentleman!!! The truck looks great and drives even better!
Not a huge deal really but it’s the little things that matter to me and most. Although my experience overall was fantastic I was surprised to find a greasy hand print on my hood and door handle. That’s all.

John was our service person in Bangor before we moved to Augusta. He is very service oriented and always polite. Today’s service was as usual exceptional. I am very pleased that my wife’s and my vehicles receive such great care and we live within a mile of Darling’s Augusta…will be looking into new autos in the next couple of years. Great to be here!
