I appreciate the car wash - but I waited over an over and a half for the service. I work down the road I just wish maybe I could get a shuttle so they can take the time to service it. Everyone was friendly and I get things can take longer just need a shuttle if a available.
Oil change and tire rotation should not take an hour and 20 minutes to do when I had the truck there at 8:am . Your service department is the slowest I have ever used .

Shuttle driver had A/C blasting ice cold air in my face and would not cut it down. I got a case of bronchitis as a result. The vehicle service was first rate. I’m very happy with that!!

I had a 1 PM appointment and was told it was going to take 1 1/2 hours to do an inspection and oil change. These seems like a long time for those services. They did not take my car back for 30 minutes, so the service was 2 hours. If they are running late they should notify us so we are not sitting for longer than necessary, especially during the spike in COVID cases.
I liked the service and the time spent on my car looking for its problem but my service was not able solve it.
I thank Mr. Belanger for his courtesy and politeness with his regard to the wait time that I experienced. He was very professional!!
However I did not have the issue that I was told I had before I came into the facility. Stripped threads on the tire hub for lug nut. Not sure how this happened?
But Mr Belanger was very professional in his position.
