The Serena’s fantastic. The name on the key tag was not Evan. It said McGray. Not sure if my car was miss labeled or what.
I did find some sort of a super sticky substance on the left fender after serving. I did my best to scrub it off. It is still there just less visible.

Absolutely the worst service I've ever had! Between communication, time of completion and overall job on the vehicle. Shouldn't take 2 weeks for a state inspection and tires. Not to mention the vehicle still isn't right. The steering wheel is off 90 degrees because there technicians don't know how to do a proper alignment. Extreme frustrating and will never use or recommend that darling's location again!
I would like to know how to change a tire when I don’t have a rod to drop the tire or a jack
I know there is Co-vid and I know it can make things more difficult, but I felt like I was being told one thing and it wasn't always true. It took a long time to get the part, then it still hadn't come in. I was supposed to be fast tracked, but, again I didn't feel like that. My suggestion is don't say anything just to make the customer feel better unless you are very sure of it. It is aggravating and frustrating. I positive for me is that I had a loaner the whole time.
He always treats me well. Love this dealership!
John was absolutely fantastic to work with. He showed great patience with my many questions and consistently made me feel at ease with having our vehicle worked on. We did not purchase our vehicle with Darlings but we will in the future thanks to John!
