Jon storen is always great and his customer service is always top notch! I work in retail and know its not always pleasant, and when I had a scheduled appointment today, waited 2 plus hrs for an oil change and tire swap essentially missing 3 hrs of work I was a little annoyed! But I also knew we had COVID to thank for that! I won't take my RAM anywhere else! I only chose no so I could leave a comment! Thank you for helping me maintain my truck!

Brandy managed to find someone to align my car at the last minute despite their alignment guy being out sick , saving me an extra trip in and lost work time, which I appreciate. I was given either a healthcare discount or family discount (my brother is a darling’s salesman) whichever was greater, which I also appreciate. And instead of having to wait hours at the dealership for my car to be done they had a shuttle drive me to and from work.
Was way to long wait time to have 4 tires mounted and installed not happy with a two and a half hour waiting time

John was amazing when I showed up to drop my car off for my appointment it was busy in the shop but John took the time to come out to my jeep and listen to my consern about my tire values on two of my tires. He made sure he knew what tires I was talking about and wrote down and listen to me. When I returned he was able to explain to me in term I would understand about maybe needing to look into rear breaks. John gave me a quote and told me my options. He even walked out to my jeep with me and made sure I was happy with the tires and radio. Very happy!
Suggesting service that was not necessary. And rejecting inspection based on that that. We will not be back.
It's not 100 percent the dealers fault however don't sell a product or service unless you can deliver service in s timely manor
