I had to unexpectedly get to an appointment and therefore asked if they could complete the work on my vehicle within an hour. The service department, as a whole, was fantastic and worked to get me out on time! So appreciative!

When we purchased our vehicle for Darlings we where told it DID NOT come with factory remote start so we had it installed thew Darlings at a cost to us of OVER $500.00 DOLLARS!!! Come to find out our vehicle DID COME WITH A FACTORY REMOTE START and when we confronted our Darlings employees there answer to us was SORRY ABOUT THAT BUT THERE IS NOTHING WE CAN DO!!!So the wife & i are not impressed!!!!

My appointment for service was delayed from nov 5th to Dec 2. I get it nobody wants to work but didn’t meet my expectations. Have historically had service at Rowe without issue. In a follow up call I asked about software upgrades including knock sensor related. Was told “ I don’t see that listed and no pending recalls so they must have done it”. Is that something you will stand behind when I have an engine problem. Would like something in writing that work was performed and if it wasn’t why not?

They never called when my vehicle was “done” which it was never done I got sick of repeating what was wrong with it TO THE SAME GUY EVERY TIME and his response was “oh I didn’t know those were a problem we were looking at” after 3 days of that I came and got my vehicle and I will not be back to darlings again not for service and definitely will not buy another vehicle from you guys again because the service ****
