Scheduled oil service for 2022 Santa Cruz. Recall latch notice with no action needed. Handled courteously by staff. Would have appreciated a time estimate on arrival. Understand schedule restrictions and technician availability yet frustrated that it 2 hours 20 mins. Low washer fluid light on the way back to work. Missed helping coworker load equipment for an afternoon appt.
I dropped my car off, was told it would be an hour and a half, so I stayed in town. 3 hours went by and I hadn't received a call, so I called in and asked when it would be done. I was then told that they hadn't even started. I wish there had been better communication. I do appreciate not charging me though.

I was advised that this would be fixed by darlings as shortly after the purchase while it was still on site they called and messaged me stating it would be free to me. I am paying for the repair so I am quite annoyed. Also, the alignment is still off. I’d like to keep the steering wheel straight when going straight. I’ve only had the car 2.5 months and it’s been in the shop more than I’ve had it

The sensors are still going off. Tire pressure,engine light.,caution light. New cap works well.
I have not had a chance to look the vehicle since Ive been home, so i honestly can’t answer that question yet.

Employees are great. However not satisfied with the fact that the battery goes dead if vehicle sits for just 2 days yet nothing is found to be wrong.
