I was given a price over the phone to fix issues that were reported on December 9th. I bought the truck at the end of October and reported the issues I had within what I believe is a reasonable amount of time, but due to covid for us, covid for your service team and other obstacles causing me to reschedule, I finally got an opportunity to get the truck dropped off. I was told over the phone that it would come to $800 something but ended up being $974.56. I now need to call back to schedule another appointment to have it looked at because it is worse than when I brought it in. I tried to save myself a little money on the cost of a vehicle and go away from a place that has yet to let me down but this decision has back fired for sure. Hoping I have better luck throughout the life of the truck.
