I really would like to say that brandy Phillips has done an amazing job she had gone above and way beyond. Always friendly, happy to help and was attentive to what needed to be done with my car as well as always kept in contact with me to update me on everything. She is outstanding there really isn’t anything that I could say about her that would show how great she really is.

Aron‘s communication skills are second to none. He was straightforward and honest about what needed to be done to my vehicle. He also apologize for things that were not supposed to be done to it and I felt like he shared my frustration.

Thank you to Brooke and brandy for talking care of my car today. My only issue was having to remind Brooke that my rotation was free and the total she gave me was too high and did not reflect the fulln10% healthcare discount. However, she quickly fixed those issues for me. I was bummed that my black plastic bumper front buffer tgat was replaced less than a year ago was not covered as it popped out randomly while on the highway and dragged on the ground 13 miles and became very damaged in that process. When it was installed originally it didn’t seem firmly in place but I was told not to worry, and was surprised that when I said I wanted the plastic undercarriage repaired/replaced as well that that was never done and only the flimsy buffer was replaced for $120. I guess that’s my fault as I should have been more specific , but due to the under carriage damage preexisting and the buffer never seeming firmly in place , I believe was the reason it popped out and dragged on the ground, not from hitting any curb, as I don’t park near any curbs at home, work, or any stores. However, I understand that it won’t be covered and will eventually need replacing again, this time, hopefully,with the rest of the plastic undercarriage protector that I’d initially wanted replaced.
