Jessica greeted me with a " Good Morning " and a warm smile. She also informed me that Ray had just brewed a fresh hot pot of coffee it felt so inviting ! Ted, my salesman stopped by to say hello he, knows his baseball! The waiting room was neat and clean and I was in and out in no time. The service was A1. Thank you !

I left amazed how good this experience was. It was my first time there for service. The two women who were in the bay when I arrived were so polite. My wait wasn’t long at all. The facility was clean with numerous spots to sit. The text message when my car was done was awesome! Thank you!

I would have appreciated some sort of communication. I was left on hold when I called to inquire about the status of my car. After a half hour on hold I received a text stating that I would be notified when my car was done. Thirty-two hours after my appointment, I decided to stop by to see if my car was ready, or request a loaner car. My car was ready, but it I never received any sort of communication of that fact from the dealership.

Purchased truck less than a year ago and informed tha I needed to replace all four tires at my cost. They would not consider prorating the cost. They would not entertain any tip of discount. They layer all fault at my feet. Heck no, I am not satisfied!!
