Darling's Chrysler Dodge Ram Auto Repair Service Center

Well I initially had an appointment but apparently there was someone before me that had a lot of issues and took a little longer. I waited about an hour but could not stay longer for my appointment because of prior commitments. I was able to get an appointment the next week. Someone called to say that because I waited too long I was offered a complimentary cleaning of my vehicle. So went to my appointment and was there roughly an hour and when I got to my vehicle the plastic cover was still on my seat and the service tag still on there. The car did not look like it got cleaned on the interior at all. Maybe a little but it looked pretty much the same. I was disappointed with the whole process. At my initial appointment, someone should have told me that they are running behind. Might take longer than usual. Then on my second appointment, I wished you guys at least took care of the plastic cover on my seat and the service tag. If you say your gonna clean the car a bit. You guys need a little more effort of actually making sure it is done.

Having issues about the claim I submitted for multiple areas of paint chipping off on my bumper and it not being covered by warranty despite being less than 6 months old. Also requested to have a claim submitted about the door handle plastic chipping off, photos were taken but the claim was not submitted. Got an oil change was fine, but they tried charging me for it despite being enrolled in the unlimited oil change and tire rotation plan.

I feel there should be another person assisting her, all the women who checked the car in and scheduler were great! Brandi was working very fast assisting /checking out 4 other people. When checking me out forgot to tell me a part needed to be ordered, so the car was not fixed. I left then tried to use the door and it didn’t work so i returned immediately (1/2 hour later). Then explained the mix up. If someone else was assisting her then i would have been informed. When standing at the counter all you hear is Brandi, Brandi, Brandi. She needs help. Service was quick and prompt professional. Was also a lot more than quoted two days previously. I was quoted only60.00 plus tax and today was 90$ plus! Wasn’t happy about that.

Brandy & (everyone else in the service department) was very nice & helpful! The courtesy shuttle was a big added bonus too because I was able to run errands while my car was worked on. I also greatly appreciated not being pressured to get a bunch of extra things done that weren’t necessary…that has been my experience when I’ve gone to other dealerships for maintenance. I will be a returning customer for sure!
