Brandy was quick to acknowledge me, friendly, warm, professional and polite both when I dropped off and picked up my car. On a side note to Darljng or the branch Mgr...when I dropped off my car there was a young child behind tye counter being very well behaved. I assumed his parent was on duty. A big kudos, thumbs, appreciation for whoever allowed that. Allowing a parent to work and adapting to their needs reflects well on Darlings! I know Darlings was family owned business and has transitioned to an employee owned business. I work for a company that is going through the same thing. Rather it be covid, short staffing, or a business motto, this Darlings customer appreciated, at least the appreance if nothing more, of caring about your employee and adapting to their needs. I and my family have bought many cars from Darlings over the years. Glad to see you taking care of your front line employees. :)

My appointment was for oil change and tire rotation. I was billed and paid for it. Supposedly a proper oil change was done on my Genesis GV80 - I have no way of knowing because I couldn’t see the service being performed. However, the tire rotation was not done yet I was charged for it. I know this for sure because my right front wheel has some scratches on it and it was there after paying for the rotation.
I left and drove 10 miles where I had to make a stop. There I thought I should check if the rotation was done. To my amazement it was not done. I then turned around and drove back to the service department. They looked at video of the service area to see my vehicle being. They came back saying they could not see the vehicle because of where in the shop it was being worked on - camera could not pick up the view.
I was offered the choice of having the rotation done or my money back. I chose money back because I was late for another engagement.
It came across my mind how many times in the past has this happened? Some owners may not know the difference but I am very particular about my vehicles and I pay attention.
When I returned to your service station I thought I should open the hood to check. I found an oil cover in there which the reception lady saw and took it inside to report it. Also my motor was dirty with a bunch of (hand) oil stains. Like I said I am very meticulous with my vehicles and even keep my engine spotless as well.

Done bringing in my truck. Way over priced service. 3000 dollars to replace parts that aren't worn out. I don't think so.

Brandy was exceptionally knowledgeable about the particular issue we were having with our vehicle and the potential processes necessary to resolve it. She was very thorough in her explanations and while I'm not really a huge fan of Hyundai as a brand after this experience I would absolutely recommend Darling's in general for the high quality of their service.
