I was having a tough time with a body shop repair at the collision center going over the time quoted and desperately needed new tires. I called your friendly staff and they told me they could find a way to fit in a tire mounting and balance. Worth the longer drive. Will continue to go through you guys for my automotive needs!
Great experience with Aaron, Good communication when dropped off. Aaron listened to my issues wrote it all down and communicated the progress and resolution. Very pleased as I was turned away by 2 other dealers. Truck operates as its supposed to thanks to them!

Please do not contact me to discuss further. I had done a drop-off. No one had contacted me by 2:00 pm so I tried to call. Everyone asked me who my service manager was, and I didn't know. I got put on hold 2 or 3 times for 5 minutes or more and never got in touch with Darlings. Eventually Aaron called me, told me he was my service advisor, and gave me an update. Incoming phone contact should not be that difficult. (Aaron did give me his direct number when I checked out, so IF he's my advisor the next time, that's a great solution). PLEASE DO NOT CONTACT ME TO DISCUSS FURTHER. I DON'T WANT TO PLAY MORE TELEPHONE TAG. IF YOU WANT TO CONTACT ME, YOU CAN DO SO AT MY RESPONSE MAY BE DELAYED BY UP TO 2 WEEKS SINCE I'M GOING ON VACATION OUT OF COUNTRY.
Bob, shuttle van driver, came into my work at 4:09 and informed me I was to leave now because he would not come back. We agreed on 4:45 since I get out of work at 5. Not acceptable. I was left.
Was not given estimates or quotes simply told the work "required" and a price estimate of 14k.
