Once again Aron made a huge mistake and had someone besides myself approve my work, I have been I'm touch with my lawyer and I will be filing a lawsuit, after the last 1500 dollar he messed up I didn't think he'd do it again, not only did he not call me for approval on the work to MY truck but once I was finally able to get ahold of him he refused to call me back lime he said he would which is his typical go to, telling people he will call them and never does, he is the worst customer service person I have ever come across and I deal with customers daily but my customers actually appreciate me because I talk to them about every single thing the job were doing they know about which Aaron clearly has no experience or training in customer service, I have dealt with your bs for long enough and this time I'm bringing a lawsuit out! As soon as he knew he made the mistake of calling someone else to approve my work he should of said sorry I need Cassidys approval and hung up, but no he didn't and now it's going to cost you a lot more than the 1500 from last time! You all are the worst place I've ever been to and there are some really bad mechanics out there! My traction control light is still on, my lights still don't work nor does my Bluetooth! I've made sure to leave these reviews on every page of yours I can find! I will be in to file a formal complaint against not just Aaron but Darious as well for his unprofessionalism telling me it's my job to let everyone their know of the issues of my truck, no thays Aaron's job to let people know the brakes were not working I mean I told Aaron it would be towed to your shop and Darius wats to yell and scream when I was very polite and calm because he almost crashed my truck, that's on Aaron to let people know if he's not dealing with my truck, I called and made the appointment and like always dropped it off when I got out of work, your responsibility not mine!!! Then Darius wants to tell me I was bashing people because I let him know you all already messed up 1500 dollars worth yet you keep making mistake after mistake, both should not be in customer service and have mo idea how to deal with customers! Enjoy the lawsuit!

One thing I always appreciated from the great staff at Darling's was getting my car vacuumed and washED after every individual service. This for made Darling's the best place to do business from purchasing my car to the great service from staff.
I had appt at 11 am and my car was not done until nearly 3 hours later. This appt was for a regular service and winter tire change. If I am on time for my scheduled appt then my vehicle should not take any more than 1.5 hours to be completed.
