thanks for fitting me in yesterday! The time before when I was there for seasonal swap over they did not put air in one tire and I didn't realize what was going on until after I had driven on it! The girls out front filled the tire and were very kind.

The staff is very good but I’m very frustrated with the process of trying to get the motor in my car replaced. Hyundai knows there’s an issue with the connecting rod bearings and still I have to keep coming in for tests to see if there’s a problem. It seems I’m going to have to drive it until it blows and probably be stranded somewhere with it. I’m disabled and have difficulty getting into certain vehicles. So I will go through what I have to do to get the car fixed. Not sure I would ever buy a Hyundai again after this

My hybrid calls for 0w-16 synthetic oil per underhood and owners manual as well as the previous changes done down there documents show as well. Vehicle had 5-30 blend put in it at todays 10k service. I noticed this when I got home as I drive 160 miles round trip for these services. Called up service and was told could bring back down to change out. I asked if Darlings in bangor could do this as it's almost impossible for me to get there on a whim as well as the 80 miles each way. Was told they would check and get back to me

Went in for an inspection sticker. Suggested time was about 30 minutes. But was done fairly sooner. Thanks for your service and having a friendly environment ????

The work was performed just fine but I had a silver substance which I believe was some type of grease on my inner door panel, steering wheel and hand pocket what you use to close the door from the inside and some on outside of driver door. Thank you for the follow up. Amos

I told Aaron from the get go my TIPM was faulty and the wiring coming from the TIPM to the headlight was also not working as confirmed by two certified, trusted mechanics, he denied it and was certain it was the headlamp assembly since he took it out, hooked it up to the passenger side and it work, that would be because the wiring coming from the TIPM to the passenger headlight is working, he still said it was the assembly,I picked it up Saturday, on Sunday the headlight started going in and out and diming, Monday morning as I'm leaving for work my truck wouldn't start at all, after a half hour of trying it finally turned over, later Monday the headlight went out all together and is now non working, I told Aaron what the problem was and he refused to listen, I paid 502 dollars for an assembly I didn't need replaced, I want a refund of that 502 for the assembly, I want a new TIPM put in and the wires replaced like they were supposed to be back in December of 2021 but never were because they didn't find any wires that weren't working when there were wires that weren't connect and chewed through by some animal, this is absolutely ridiculous, I paid for a rental during the time of the headlamp assembly, I should be reimbursed for the rental along with the assembly, I expect someone to call me by end of tomorrow for a time when they can have a vehicle for me to use while they replace the TIPM and wires that are faulty! I will be checking the work before I leave as well to make sure these mechanics actually did the work. You're not a trustworthy place to bring a vehicle for repair, I've lost time and money from work because you refuse to fix your errors, I've dealt with these issues for the last year now and I'm done with it, please make it right so I don't have to bring out a lawsuit! Thanks!
