Mike the service guy told he had to take off the tonneau cover to putt The bed liner in I said no problem after the work was finished he came and told I had bill for tonneau cover removal and install of 125.00 dollars I said you never told me that or I would have said no and did myself but wasn’t Given that opportunity he never explained anything to me about paying for that I was very upset. He just gave me a dirty look and walked away and I paid the bill and I will never ever use your services again and I just bought a brand new 2024 Ford Ranger never again. I will never come to your dealership ever again.

Dustin provided great customer service and really push hard to ensure warranty work is completed on time. He ensured that we were always informed on the status and was great to work with regarding our warranty issues. Dustin was a 10 out of 10.

Thank you for taking care of me right away I was not notified about my recall tell my buddy said something Iam out of town so my boy and his girlfriend are picking it up for me on Wednesday nite she pick the keys up all ready Iam very satisfied with my purchase from your dealer ship two years ago and when Iam ready I will be back to get another one and I have told so many people about how great I was treated

Always is a good experience. While waiting for our vehicle, we noticed an employee who was bringing over the paperwork once a vehicle was complete and/or information and questions. He was quick and moved with purpose, like he was on a mission, but always with a smile…..phenomenal customer services skills. He was very informative, professional … very Impressive !!! Not sure why I got the truck back with both side mirrors still folded in and the radio antenna in the front passenger seat. Didn’t notice either until driving down the road. I like the wash but at least put everything back.
