I was a little shocked at how much it cost. The key was still not what I was expecting as it’s not actually a true 2017 Ford Focus key. The true key would have been a flip out key and it is not. One of the workers accidentally kept my whole key ring with my ID and my house key on it. Because of time constraints, I had to go home to DeWitt without it. To their credit they made arrangements for dropping it off at my house but not until tomorrow.

I have an extended warranty. Ask if repair of rear window defroster was covered. I was told to find out myself. I’m comparing that response with a previous dealership. That dealership service department took care of it for me.
