Dustin always goes above and beyond. I also see him interact this same way with everyone who walks in the door. Eric Carlson is a motherfucking boss when it comes to his mechanical skills. I don’t trust anyone except him (ok, and Costello) to work on my truck.

Andrew helped me again with my recall. He was on time, very clear on what he was doing and when he was complete also let me know the things he looked at while the computer update to the car was made. Checking my tires, filling up my windshield washer fluid, etc. Always grateful for having Lindquist mobile service as an option and recommend anyone to utilize this.

Dustin made my first visit to your service center a pleasure. Since I was waiting for my trucks service, he told me it would take about an hour. He was right on time. Angie at the cashier desk was also pleasant in handling the final step. The car wash was a total plus. I am in this every summer and will be using your service each time. Thank you.

I don’t need my service advisor to contact me. Alex handled the issue as best as he knew how. He was great. What is not great is the LACK OF COMMUNICATION between the service advisors and the technicians. I can see having an issue every now and then but for some reason the technicians are not reading the notes that the advisors put on the work order. My family and I have been bringing our vehicles (4 vehicles) to Lindquist for many years and seems every 6 months or so there is an issue and it always comes down to the technician not reading the notes. We had the exact same issue with my boyfriend F-150 after Christmas in 2025. Which in that case and this case the technician had to do the same job twice which wastes our time and loses labor cost and fluids for the dealership. I find it crazy that the technicians are not being held accountable. I know Haley is out on maternity leave, but honestly, if it wasn’t for her, I would have probably found a different dealership by now.
