We were traveling from Indianapolis when we had issues with our Ford Escape in Davenport. Ended up having to wait for a part over the weekend. I don't need to be contacted but I would appreciate if the car that is now declared dead would be taken out of the automatic email system as this week I got the "here's how much your car is worth to trade in" email and a "schedule your 100,000 mile service" email after we had already declared it not worth repairing and started test driving new vehicles. I totally get it is an automatic system but it's something to be considered. Michael was great and very kind on a really bad day!

Mike the service guy told he had to take off the tonneau cover to putt The bed liner in I said no problem after the work was finished he came and told I had bill for tonneau cover removal and install of 125.00 dollars I said you never told me that or I would have said no and did myself but wasn’t Given that opportunity he never explained anything to me about paying for that I was very upset. He just gave me a dirty look and walked away and I paid the bill and I will never ever use your services again and I just bought a brand new 2024 Ford Ranger never again. I will never come to your dealership ever again.

Thank you for taking care of me right away I was not notified about my recall tell my buddy said something Iam out of town so my boy and his girlfriend are picking it up for me on Wednesday nite she pick the keys up all ready Iam very satisfied with my purchase from your dealer ship two years ago and when Iam ready I will be back to get another one and I have told so many people about how great I was treated

1-3 questions is plenty. More questions than that shows survey people are inept. Will not do survey supporting such ignorance. Haley did great per normal. What else do you need to know?
