Every one of the sales associates, service department associates, and customer administrators was very pleasant to talk with and had a wonderful smile on their faces. The only concern I have is that I bought the wrong size belt for my water pump no one called to tell me it was the wrong size size so they ended up up putting the same belt on from the existing water pump I might have agreed to a new belt if they would have asked me!!!

No issue with Dustin. I purchased the truck only a few weeks ago. I have only put 20 miles on it. This was back and forth twice to the dealership for undercoat and a second time to get cover installed. No other driving as I was out of town. However there are chunks of dried dirt coming out of the truck tailgate. You can still hear the dirt banging around as I turn corners.

Haley is the only reason I’m doing this survey. I have had less than stellar experiences with other staff from Lindquist, particularly after Craig Miller left. Haley is one of the only bright staff that generally make visits here better. I could easily take either of my vehicles to any dealership or shop to get general maintenance completed. Haley is a phenomenal person and Lindquist is blessed to have her. Truly one of the best in the business.
