Dustin was great . The primary issue was resolved but a secondary issue was created. The mechanic put a SPST relay in slot 69 which controls the rear window slider. With a SPST relay in that spot it only opens it doesn’t close. He must have been swapping relays around to test them and did it by mistake. It appears relay 70 should have had the SPST relay this is the spot for cooling fan 1. Relay spot 114 for cooling fan 2 was reported to get a new SPDT relay which did resolve the issue I was having.

Yes very satisfied with the service - however I would have much rather been able to write a check for the bill than have my credit card charged and because of the service fee I would have saved myself $6.71, might not sound like a lot but over time it adds up. Needless to say if that is the only option is to provide my credit card to make a payment I will seek other options. I have become hyper aware of how lost cash adds up because of these types of charges and the reason I pay cash or write a check.

My LED lights were placed back in the position I had them. From what I could tell the A pillars covers have a noticeable cap now compared to the condition prior to the work performed. This is most likley due to the manufacturing build quality not the technicians.

I scheduled the maintenance online saying in the form I wanted the work quoted to replace my rear seat monitors to be replaced. I followed up with a call two days later to confirm the part was ordered. Neither message was communicated to an actual service tech so the part as not ordered and the purpose of the appointment could not be done. This the second time I have tried to communicate more information in the online web scheduler and it not be visible to the service tech. I cannot call during the day to schedule maintenance most days so I use the online scheduling tool but I am wondering if I should be looking elsewhere since it only seems to be good for scheduling oil changes Kirsten G

Everyone at Lindquist is always so friendly and accommodating! Highly recommend Lindquist over any ford dealership! I drive from Clinton to Camanche because the service is worth it!
