My oil reset was not done in my car and no oil change sticker on the windshield. So I had to go back to the dealership and get my digital reset. Then later I discovered no oil change sticker to remind me of next oil change. Then on my sheet it said lug nuts on tires were swollen what the heck does that mean no explanation

Upon arrival exterior of vehicle was still dirty , was told car wash was down even though cars were coming out of the service station clean . No big deal John Cooper offered to wash it , I passed knowing I could take it straight to my car wash . However after fursther inspection of my new bedliner I was noticing the bed liner was dirty with a haze of dirt oía brown film . I thought to myself if the couldn’t wash the truck probably couldn’t spray out the NEW liner . I would have thought we would notice that and at least wife down with a damp rag .? Not to mentioned I wondered how thorough the bed was cleaned out before the liner was installed . My concern is the longevity of the bed liner and if proper preparation was done before the liner was installed. Upon departure to leave I was get an alert on the dash that the tailgate was ajar . After multiple attempts of trying to shut it and manipulate the new cover that was installed I had no luck . I contacted Mr . Cooper and let him know of the tailgate issue and he assured me that was an easy fix when I bring it back in to have a scratch removed . Agsin , I’ve had a great experience EVERY time with Lindquist but alittle frustrated . I was “excited “ to come pick up my nice, “clean “ , brand new truck that was having a few bells and whistles put on it . To say the least I was disappointed. I’m not to dam picky . The combination of the truck, not being washed the bed liner being dirty with a film on it, and the topper giving my sensor an issue. All of those things at once kind of left a bad taste in my mouth.. Agsin not the end of the world, I’ll definitely be back to see Cooper in the future and would recommend him to anyone but a little more attention to detail, especially with that sensor that’s something that should be checked before the truck comes out of the shop, knowing that this could be an issue and again a brand new bedliner should not be dirty on the inside I should not have to wash it and it should be nice to pull up to a nice white truck not the same dirty one I dropped off.

Michael did an outstanding job. He explained what testing was necessary and my options based on what was found. He made a stressful situation less so. One of the best service reps I've dealt with. I also want to thank Lindquist for getting my vehicle serviced last minute.. I was very pleased with how everything turned out

Everyone on the Lindquist service dept team is wonderful. Tim who guided me into the service bay and gave me a ride home while my car was serviced and then took me back when it was finished was so friendly and nice. I was told the work on my car could take most of the day but it was finished way before I expected…a nice surprise. Dustin called me to suggest a new air filter and told me the price to which I agreed. He let me know I may need new tires at some point but didn’t push me to get them yet. I truly appreciate the honest and friendliness of this team!!
