I was in for my oil change and was taken care in a very timely manner as well as being given a quote on front brakes that need to be taken care of. Waiting area was very comfortable and clean. Thank you to all.

Service was outstanding (spark plug replacement). But I'm not pleased with the 3% service charge for use with a bank card. With large ticket items like this, that information should be shared up front...we could have paid with a check if prepared to do so.

There needs to be more communication about the status of the vehicle when you’re waiting at the dealership. I should not have to walk over to the customer service area to ask for the status while they’re doing nothing and have time to walk over and update me personally..

Mobile unit and technician did a great job and at my location on schedule. Great service to provide ( mobile service) however i probably wouldnt pay extre fot the mobile unit to come to my residence for an oil changes. Thanks for providing this service.

Excellent service at Lindquist Ford! I came in for an oil change and was advised to also to replace cabin air filter and everything was handled quickly and professionally. Hailey was absolutely amazing, friendly, knowledgeable, and made the whole experience smooth and stress-free. This is exactly how customer service should be. Highly recommend!

Door trim was not all the way put back in around the door from when the seat belts were replaced. It was easy to push back in, but just kind of disappointed in the attention to detail.
