I am a Kia VIP and I got 10 free oil changes when I bought my car in 2021. I’ve only used 1 oil change. I’m wondering why I was charged for my oil change yesterday Saturday 5/13/23.

Logan is very professional and helped me understand what my Kia needed and the timeline on repairs was “spot on”! Logan is an asset to dealership; keep him! Also, Ms Jenny is right up there with Logan, she was the first to help me. These two in my opinion are awesome to have on your team and “my side” when I need help. Thanks for all you do. I’ll be back in one thousand miles for an oil check.

The entire process was a complete hassle due to the continual miscommunication today. There were several items that were identified on my vehicle as needing immediate action which I found out through the automated text but rather than having a phone call to discuss my options, I received a text message saying my vehicle was ready for pickup. I then received a call from Jennifer saying that my car was ready for pickup and when I asked her about the problems she made the assumption that I already had my vehicle and hung up on me. It took me 30 plus minutes to finally get her on the phone again and when she said she would call me back in 5 minutes after she got back to her computer to go over the needed services, I never received a call. 2 hours later I arrived to the location and immediately spoke with the service manager, Josh who was able to get me the itemized issues and costs for me to make a decision. He was super helpful and apologized for the issue. This could have all been avoided with a simple phone call but instead the only time I spoke to Jennifer all I was told is that the new system being used is not user friendly and that the information I had was incorrect. Based off this experience I have no reason to have any further work to be done at this location due to the lost trust from this terrible communication. Picking up the phone versus relying on automated system would’ve gone a long way today.

Logan was excellent with his attention to the items I came in to get checked out. He suggested a new drive belt that should have been suggested by another group on a prior visit about 7,000 miles ago when hey did my 100,000 mile service. I find him to be competent with good customer care. Give him a raise. ????

We have been having our Kia serviced at Rick Case Kia, but after 2nd negative experience, will continue to make the longer drive to Mall of GA Kia...yall do good work and understand the value of a customer. Thank you!

No call needed. Waited over 3 hrs only to find out part needed was not in stock. Now have to repeat the process once the part comes in. Parts should be in stock.

On the new service web based system- when there are additional services offered- you should have a note or disclaimer that the vehicle will be moved from express service to main shop and will add a significant amount of time.

I had a screw in my tire. I was informed that they had to order a tire and would not be delivered until Tuesday evening. I was told that my car will be ready Wed morning: I came in around 10:30 am Wed and my car was not ready. Spoke to a service tech and they told me I would have to speak to Andrew. The service tech was going to let Andrew know I was in the waiting area. After about an hour I finally went to find Andrew myself. He said he would check on my car. Did not get my car back until 12:30.

I did NOT like the impersonal way things are conducted nowadays via messaging instead of as before, human contact. Plus the fact that not all of us have the latest gigantic phones and thus have a problem with the texting etc. Do better! What’s next? Robots?! Michael Taylor was a sweetheart though! Very helpful!
