Great service. Jenny was excellent in getting us checked in and out.
The service on the vehicle was great but the only thing you guy’s need to work on is updating the customer. 15 minutes till 5:00 is unacceptable! Luckily, enterprise had a car for me to rent and I was able to get there by 5:00 before they close. When I dropped my car off all I asked was if you’re not going to be done today, please let me know so I can get a rental. Didn’t happen. When the car was completed the next day no one called to let me know it was ready. Updating your customer is key for good customer service.

To day i had an recall service appointment. I was there on time and I have to come home without the service done after the 1 and half hour waiting. They simple said that they have no parts. I was very pissed
