The I am happy with the outcome of my service, however while my car was at Kia I got very little communication and had an extremely difficult time getting in touch with my representative. When I did get in touch he was very kind and helpful it just was very difficult to be able to actually get in touch in order to get updates.

I had an alignment done on my car. The steering wheel is not straight but turned to the right some. Looks like the tierods need be adjusted to get it straight.

Christian helped me finance the unexpected bill the day after I received my car back after 5 months for repairs and paying $580 deductible. The check engine light came on right away, so I was very concerned. Thankfully it was only a gas cap. But after 3 months without being able to drive it to make income, I was short on cash to pay for the additional problem.
